Pay Range: $45,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience

What You'll Do

As a Sales Customer Service Associate, you'll serve as a key connection point between customers, sales representatives, and operations. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer and sales inquiries via phone and email
  • Learning and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and services
  • Processing and tracking customer purchase orders for finished goods, spare parts, and warranty/service replacements
  • Building strong relationships with customers through professionalism, problem-solving, and proactive support
  • Participating in training sessions to grow product knowledge and enhance customer service skills

What We're Looking For



  • Proven customer service and sales experience (required)
  • Background in industrial, electrical, or mechanical equipment strongly preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Sage, and SAP experience a plus)
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Familiarity with generators or technical equipment is highly desirable
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
