Process Engineer

We're on the hunt for a dynamicProcess Engineer ready to take ownership of complex projects, streamline manufacturing processes, and deliver real, lasting improvements.

In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct feasibility studies, and implement solutions that enhance quality and efficiency.

What you will do:

• Manage and complete projects of varying sizes and durations
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and designers to optimize processes
• Lead process failure investigations and implement long-term solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies for fabrication and processing improvements
• Assist with assembly and disassembly of process equipment
• Troubleshoot and implement engineering solutions to enhance operations
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes
• Work closely with production teams to improve efficiency and product quality
• Create test parameters and analyze performance data for process optimization
• Develop and execute continuous improvement plans
• Mentor and guide junior engineers

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study and three (3) years of related engineering experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Experience analyzing production equipment, processes and materials and solving issues
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies and troubleshoot engineering issues
• Experience in developing SOPs and continuous improvement plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, additional travel may be required during critical projects or business demands
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and passport
• Valid driver's license and favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
