What We DoPerforms post-closing, escrow and/or title functions and other related functions to assist agency operations in servicing clientele. Essential Functions Provides a wide range of support to assigned area Prepare files Review and audit documents for compliance and accuracy Ensure that files are complete and obtain missing documents Track status Prepare policies Document recordings Prepare escrow disbursements May act as the team's resource and subject matter expert Follow department's processes and procedures in daily activities, actively identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives Job Complexities Tasks are generally more complex in nature and usually involve evaluation, originality, and judgment Supervision Received or Extended No formal supervisory responsibility but is resource to less experienced team members Works under general supervision applying well established techniques, procedures, or specific standards Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of function/department/field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Establishes effective working relationships at the department level Intermediate MS Office skills Great attention to detail Outstanding customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Typical Education High School diploma or equivalent Some college preferred Typical Range of Experience 3-5 years of directly related experience The pay range for this role is $43,100.00 - $57,450.00 This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
