Job Skills / Requirements

Duties will include processing payroll, maintaining timekeeping system, responding to employee requests, and performing various other administrative functions. A well-qualified candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources/Payroll, have exceptional computer skills with Microsoft Office products, be extremely organized, and an effective communicator. Knowledge of Winteam is a plus but not required. Bilingual Spanish/English required.

This position is Monday-Friday with flexibility for part time or full time and offers a competitive salary.

Essential Functions

  1. Process payroll and acts as the primary contact for all payroll inquires.
  2. Maintains timekeeping system and creates various reports.
  3. Respond to and resolve any employee requests/concerns in a timely manner.
  4. Typing, filing, and performing various other administrative functions to support Human Resources Department.
  5. Other projects as directed.
