Job Title: Health Data Specialist Location: Trenton, NJ 08625 Work Hours: 8:00amto 4:00pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm lunch period: 1 hours (unpaid) Payrate: $38.48 W2 Job Description: The Program Assistant will support key functions of a primary care office, focusing on provider reviews essential for Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) and Medically Underserved Area (MUA) designations. Role & Responsibilities: Gather, track, and maintain data on primary care providers, including specialties and work hours. Assist in the development of HPSA application justifications. Assist with scheduling, prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as needed. Provide general program assistant duties such as correspondence, data entry, and internal coordination across departments. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree, 2 years related experience. MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); strong writing and presentation skills are mandatory.
