This position will be based in Brooklyn, NY or Boston, MA With hybrid working. Job Purpose
Reporting to the Vice President of US Public Policy, the Director of State Public Policy will provide strategic direction to inform National Grid's state public policy priorities, partnering closely with Government Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement to develop and implement policy and advocacy strategy within Corporate Affairs. The Public Policy team pairs policy domain and advocacy expertise and serves as a key fulcrum for collaboration on policy analysis, development, and prioritization with leaders and SMEs across National Grid's business units and functions. The Director of State Public Policy will lead a small team responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that align the company's state public policy objectives across the US, anticipate emerging trends, and proactively shape opportunities to drive impactful policy outcomes. * Lead state public policy strategy, collaborating with colleagues across the business to develop creative and actionable policy positions that align with National Grid's objectives and are tuned to the external environment. Qualifications
More Information Salary $193k - $227k a year in Brooklyn, NY. $180K - $212k a year in Boston, MA.
