Your Role on Our Team As the Associate Digital Platform Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development, evolution, and delivery of platform capabilities that enable personalized, seamless, and scalable end-user experiences. Working closely with Platform Managers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll help translate business needs and user insights into platform requirements, coordinate execution efforts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of platform operations. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, collaborative, and eager to grow their expertise in platform management while making a meaningful impact on how users engage with our digital ecosystem. You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: * Support the execution of platform vision, strategy, and key deliverables under the guidance of Platform Managers. * Collaborate with product teams and business partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable platform requirements. * Gather and synthesize user feedback and product team insights to inform platform value propositions and enhancements. * Assist in establishing and maintaining cross-functional processes that enable platform scalability and operational efficiency. * Coordinate and facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and alignment meetings to drive ideation and shared understanding. * Build and nurture relationships across business units to support scope definition, change management, and effective communication. * Contribute to the creation, refinement, and prioritization of Epics and user stories in collaboration with platform and product teams. * Help maintain and communicate platform roadmap updates, milestones, and progress to stakeholders. * Foster transparency and trust through consistent communication, documentation, and follow-through. * Support resource coordination, project tracking, and issue resolution to ensure timely and efficient execution. * Learn and apply Platform Management best practices through mentorship, hands-on experience, and continuous learning. * Manage tasks and small projects with attention to detail, ownership, and a collaborative mindset. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to platform maturity initiatives. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The TOOLS you'll bring with you: * 5-7 years of experience in product, platform, or project management, ideally supporting enterprise-level digital solutions. * Foundational understanding of design thinking, product development lifecycles, and user-centered design principles. * Highly collaborative and proactive communication style, with a bias toward action and transparency. * Ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messages tailored to diverse audiences. * Passion for understanding and advocating for end-user needs, behaviors, and pain points. * Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities. * Experience coordinating cross-functional tasks or projects with internal stakeholders. * Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed. Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: * Experience supporting cross-functional teams in launching or maintaining digital or physical products. * Exposure to market segmentation, user journey mapping, and data-informed decision-making. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks. * Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and analytics tools. * Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and risk management practices. * Experience with digital platform tools such as CDP, CMS, CRM, or identity platforms (e.g., Auth0). * Ability to contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and roadmap development. * Comfort using collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, craft.io, Lucid) to manage work and communicate effectively.
