What you will do Are you a strategic maintenance leader ready to drive transformation in a high-impact manufacturing environment? At our 165,000-square-foot Albany, MO plant, home to approximately 180 employees, we're seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance and tool & die teams in elevating equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and facility performance. In this role, you'll oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, tooling, dies, and facility systems. You'll play a key role in shaping and executing a forward-looking maintenance strategy that supports long-term plant goals, minimizes downtime, and enables continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the facility through modernization and change, while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
