This position will be long-term contract, part-time hours on a as needed basis. Fully Remote. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Specialist to join our client'steam. This role will be responsible for developing visually compelling, clear, and engaging presentations that communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including funders, partners, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with a sharp eye for design, detail, and consistency, as well as the ability to translate data and technical content into impactful narratives. Key Responsibilities Design, format, and produce high-quality presentations (primarily in PowerPoint and Google Slides) that align with brand standards and organizational goals. Collaborate with program staff, leadership, and communications teams to understand content needs and transform them into visually engaging materials. Translate complex data, charts, and research into clear visuals, infographics, and simplified messaging. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of messaging across all presentation materials. Maintain and update presentation templates, style guides, and brand assets. Manage tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver polished presentations under pressure. Provide creative input on storytelling, narrative flow, and audience engagement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience creating presentations for senior leaders, foundations, or mission-driven organizations. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong ability to interpret complex data and concepts, and turn them into simple, compelling visuals. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and consistency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with nonprofits, foundations, or climate-focused organizations. Knowledge of climate change, clean energy, or sustainability topics. Experience designing infographics, reports, or other communication collateral.
