What You'll Do
As a Sales Administration Support, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and top-tier customer service. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to keep things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Process customer orders and invoices in SAP

  • Communicate pricing, delivery dates, and logistics

  • Support outside sales team with admin tasks

  • Review contracts and terms & conditions

  • Manage small customer accounts and collections

  • Generate reports and maintain documentation

  • Provide professional, accurate customer service


What You'll Bring


  • College degree or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years in sales or business support

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Intermediate Excel, email, and SAP proficiency

  • Ability to work in an ITAR environment

  • Professional presence and customer-first mindset
