As a Social Media Assistant, you will be the driving force behind our social media engagement, ensuring our online presence is vibrant and impactful. You'll collaborate with a talented team of designers and video editors, transforming creative concepts into engaging content. Your expertise in social media management platforms will be essential as you schedule and publish content, keeping our audience informed and entertained. But it doesn't stop there - you'll be the voice of our brand, actively monitoring social conversations, responding to inquiries, and forging connections with new audiences. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Content Creation & Pipeline Management: Partner with designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life, from drafting video scripts to outlining infographic concepts.
- Content Scheduling: Manage and publish content across various social media channels using Sprinklr, ensuring alignment with the content calendar and brand guidelines.
- Community Engagement & Monitoring: Monitor social conversations, respond to comments and inquiries, and proactively engage new audiences. Utilize Brandwatch to track relevant trends and brand mentions.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills for crafting engaging social copy.
- Experience with content calendars and asset management systems.
- Proven ability to proactively initiate conversations with new audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment within the tech or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
