Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your program management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll lead and oversee the overall Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) of the program, ensuring safety, innovation, and performance excellence. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (R&D, Engineering, and Program Development), coordinate work packages and resources, and drive improvement action plans for program efficiency and competitiveness-and much more." Proposing and maintaining the detailed development roadmap implementation aligned with Solutions needs and requirements, ensuring safety, quality, customer orientation, and innovation. ,
Contributing to the roadmap definition for the development of new Research & Development (R&D) Features through the Program Approval Board (PAB). ,
Managing, controlling, and executing all developments related to the program (performances, planning/delivery, cost, risks, savings) in compliance with QCD commitments. ,
Coordinating all Program Work Packages, Capacity/Resource analysis, risks, and mitigation plans with the unit/team according to the Program Development Organization (PDO). ,
Ensuring on-time delivery (IOT/DOT - IOT-i/DOT-i) commitment and managing change effectively. ,
Ensuring the implementation of Gate/Design/Peer Review decisions. ,
Driving Program Reviews (PR or CPR) to review the operational execution of the program and providing QCD reports to Platform and R&D through the Program Review Board (PRB). ,
Proposing and driving improvement action plans to enhance program efficiency and competitiveness. ,
Taking leadership in addressing safety and critical issues, including cybersecurity and major availability issues, and ensuring prompt resolution of technical challenges. ,
Acting as the program's interface on technical matters, with support from the System Application Architect for the system."
