Description You creatively strategize, motivate clinicians, and elicit achievement. The Oncology Care Navigator Program Lead (OCNPL) is responsible for proactively developing and evolving the Oncology Care Navigator program. This includes leading the Care Navigator team to support the patient journey and enhance the patient experience through patient-based initiatives such as virtual education. This role reports to the National Program Director (NPD) to drive strategic direction in collaboration with the client and program lead. The Program Lead supports the NPD by offering critical insights that enable effective program delivery and ongoing optimization. This includes active participation in meetings with both the client and the NPD to ensure alignment and strategic execution. Key Job Responsibilities Operational Management
