Sales Enablement Lead (Americas) We have an opportunity for a Staff Sales Trainer to join our Global Enablement Team based in North America, reporting to Manager, Sales Enablement. In this pivotal role, you will lead, develop, and execute the sales enablement strategy to drive performance and to drive performance and support the success of the sales team across the Americas region. Collaborating closely with Sales leadership, Product Development and Marketing teams, you will ensure training initiatives are strategically aligned with business goals, product direction, and evolving market dynamics. Be Successful - Your Path First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors, and map the systems and stakeholders that rely on your work and undergo structured internal trainings. Six Months: Work independently to establish sales training delivery plan, lead the monthly new hire training program, build strong cross-functional partnerships with product management and marketing, and contribute strategic insights to enhance corporate sales skills development. One Year: Build strong relationships with sales leadership and establish yourself as a trusted partner, develop sales training strategy with a clear timeline and delivery roadmap, and launch a front-line manager (FLM) training program to support leadership development within the sales organization.
