Working under the general supervision of Principal Investigator, Dr. David Chiang, (or Research Manager), and in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures, conducts a variety of data analyses and computer modeling, and summarizes results for presentation and publication.

  • Under general supervision, performs a variety of data analyses following established methodologies. These include single cell and bulk RNA-sequencing, whole exome sequencing, and whole genome sequencing analyses.
  • Under direct supervision, develops new computer modeling tools, including machine learning models.
  • Assists with technology needs within the lab including creating and maintaining the lab website.
  • Assists with data management for the lab.
  • Discusses progress of work regularly with supervisor.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
