Working under the general supervision of Principal Investigator, Dr. David Chiang, (or Research Manager), and in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures, conducts a variety of data analyses and computer modeling, and summarizes results for presentation and publication. Under general supervision, performs a variety of data analyses following established methodologies. These include single cell and bulk RNA-sequencing, whole exome sequencing, and whole genome sequencing analyses. Under direct supervision, develops new computer modeling tools, including machine learning models. Assists with technology needs within the lab including creating and maintaining the lab website. Assists with data management for the lab. Discusses progress of work regularly with supervisor. All other duties, as assigned.
