What does a Senior Logistics Center of Excellence Partner do at Swire Coca Cola? The Senior Logistics Center of Excellence Partner collaborates with multiple business functions to deploy, maintain, and improve the internal data, systems, and processes for the Delivery Planning functional areas. Provides support to all end users, troubleshoots system issues, executes end-to-end process development, and sponsors major improvement and change initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Champions change management by working with end-users and cross functional partners to develop, improve, and evolve the systems that consider the overall enterprise and ensure that the business processes are aligned to clearly defined business results
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert and CONA Business Process liaison for all Delivery Planning systems management, including mitigation and resolution of issues
- Provides resources and subject matter expertise to support projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement of Delivery Planning systems, standards, and processes
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the planning process providing solutions to improve performance in the field
- Provides end users with training, documentation, and system support; ensures that knowledge transfer is completed when supporting end users
- Provides troubleshooting support and business continuity guidance when issues impact operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of one year of work experience required or
- 4+ years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management with leadership and influencing skills required
- Supply Chain Operations experience required
- APICS certification / Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Proficient with LEO, Samsara, Forms.com, or similar programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills in using SAP (or similar program) and Excel
