Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the talent acquisition efforts for a variety of positions throughout the enterprise, with focus on industry expertise in the following industries: DoD, Aviation, Aerospace, Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful professional with experience in sourcing and identifying top-tier talent in these specialized sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of these industries' unique requirements and an ability to engage with highly skilled professionals.

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage the best candidates for critical positions within these high-demand industries. Your expertise in leveraging various sourcing channels, tools, and techniques will play a key role in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for our organization.



Responsibilities

* Proactive Sourcing: Utilize a wide range of tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and talent databases, to identify and engage passive candidates for open and upcoming roles.
* Candidate Research: Conduct deep-dive research on potential candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary skills and qualifications, and build a comprehensive pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

* Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates, nurturing long-term connections that align with the company's culture and values. Routinely pre-close candidates early in the interview process to ensure high acceptance rates when offers are extended.
* Collaboration with Recruiters: Work closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles, providing a steady stream of pre-qualified candidates for the recruiting team to engage and progress through the hiring process.

* Market Mapping & Intelligence: Analyze and report on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.

* Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, engaging, and respectful experience for candidates, whether or not they progress to the interview stage.



Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree

Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 years of full life-cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience.

Technical Skills

* Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in using various sourcing methodologies to mine, attract and engage candidates.
* Experience sourcing talent in highly regulated sectors like Defense and Federal Government.
* Strong background in recruiting for engineering, scientific, and technical roles in industries such as Aerospace, Life Sciences, Aviation, and Federal Government.
* Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, CRM etc.).
* Strong ability to engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
* Applied knowledge of talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence.

* A data-driven mindset with an emphasis on metrics and sourcing effectiveness.

Interpersonal Skills

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Additional Information

Location: Dayton, OH

Travel: 10%

Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid:

Remote role, must be local to the greater Dayton, OH area. Some in office requirements may exist for team meetings and/or collaboration sessions.
May involve occasional evening and weekend work to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
