If so, we invite you to bring your expertise to our client's team as a Supply Backorder Management Analyst. In this critical role, you'll partner with procurement, vendors, and OE departments to ensure outstanding parts availability and customer service. You'll monitor backorders daily, resolve supply chain issues, and directly influence key performance metrics such as fill rate, backorder lines, and aged orders-all while helping our client enhance profitability and efficiency. Pay Rate: $25 - $35/hr. Schedule: 8am - 5pm Key Responsibilities: Review dealer backorder reports daily, take corrective action, and provide accurate ETAs to both dealers and management. Use parts catalogs and collaborate with technical teams to identify alternative solutions for urgent backorders. Work cross-functionally with logistics, customs, pricing, sales, and PDC teams to eliminate delays and ensure timely order fulfillment. Develop and refine SOPs while training employees to strengthen overall supply processes. Support management and OEs with KPI reporting, executive summaries, and backorder resolution updates. Escalate urgent supply concerns, expedite orders, and drive continuous process improvement across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred or combination of education and related experience. Three years of directly related experience in inventory management. Demonstrated ability to identify problems/issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and follow-up to ensure positive results is required. Experience with inventory planning and supply chain operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced); MS Access/SQL, Word, and PowerPoint preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication abilities with the confidence to work across teams and directly with vendors and OEs. Flexibility and responsiveness to dynamic business needs.
