We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ITIO Infrastructure and Security Project Intern to join our team. This role will provide a unique opportunity for individuals interested in technical project management to gain hands-on experience in a real-world hybrid approach to managing IT projects. As an intern, you will support IT Project Managers in various tasks and contribute to the successful execution of IT projects across different teams. Key Responsibilities: Organize project-related notes, documents, and artifacts within Microsoft Teams for various IT projects. Assist in preparing key project documentation, including Project Charters, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource management plans, schedules, and cost estimates. Help coordinate and prepare for project meetings, including setting agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items. Assist in preparing project communication materials and regular status reports for stakeholders. Contribute to the overall project planning and execution process, learning key aspects of project management in the IT field. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to various project needs.
