Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

This position is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with Property Management Companies, Common Interest Association Boards and Association members to obtain and process all credit card related opportunities. Working with regional Sales Officers as well as direct communication with Associations and Management Companies, procures Community Association Banking (CAB) credit card opportunities from new and or existing clients, some of which will have direct Association card needs while others will have broader needs through the Pcard program. Ensures appropriate information is obtained to complete the application process and works with the Pcard and credit card team within First Citizens to ensure a successful client on-boarding.


Responsibilities

  • Sales - Develops and implements sales and service strategies, objectives, and measures to maximize profitability of CAB credit card relationships. Facilitates credit card presentations to prospecting customers, including property management companies and association boards. Participates in and presents creative financial solutions to meet their needs. Makes joint calls with Regional Account Representatives (RAEs) as needed to present and sell CAB credit card products and services.
  • Relationship Development - Identifies, develops, and manages the procurement of CAB credit card account relationships. Strengthens and manages new and existing account relationships by acting in a consultative manner determining CAB credit card needs and ensuring that appropriate banking products and services are provided for profitable growth of the account. Develops new business relationships by representing the Bank in withing the CAB client community and participating in industry-related trade associations as needed. Maintains knowledge of banking products and services, as well as knowledge of the industries and market areas served. Keeps abreast of current developments and market trends, to further identify and service the customer's needs.
  • Operations and Administration - Ensures compliance with all Bank policies, guidelines, practices and regulatory statutes to manage risk. Complies with all related Federal, State and Industry laws and regulations pertaining to banking. Provides technical assistance and training when necessary. Perform general office management duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in banking OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in banking.

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
