Position Title: Machinist
Wage: $25-$30/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-3:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Machinist for a company in North Prairie, WI. We are looking for someone that is familiar with molds, patterns, and the basic concepts of the molding process. The ideal candidate will also need a strong mechanical aptitude. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Machinist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate CNC and manual machines, producing precision parts according to specifications - Perform routine maintenance on machinery - Read blueprints and technical drawings - Ensure quality control for finished products - Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes Machinist Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications is a plus - Previous experience in a related field is preferred - Proficiency in operating CNC and manual machinery - Experience in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Skilled in precision measurement and quality control - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
