This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week. Responsibilities The Loan Servicing Quality Assurance Analyst performs a variety of independent post-booking quality control reviews for critical and non-critical data entry for every loan transaction, whether new, renewal, modification or extension. Reviews and monitors daily file maintenance reports of critical data entries, and weekly and monthly collateral reports for non-real estate transactions. Monitors and distributes exceptions to loan reports and payoff loan reports. Leads or assists with special initiatives or projects for the Loan Servicing or Lending divisions, contributing to the overall efficiency and workflows. Qualifications Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
