As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

Essential Functions

  • Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
  • Participates in various networking and/or community service events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College/University law program, and have completed first year.

Minimum Experience

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as a part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.

Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management.

Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications: Legal interns will engage in legal research, memo drafting, contract and transcript review, and litigation support including pleadings and discovery. They'll also participate in hearings, moot courts, mediations, arbitrations, and strategy sessions. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to diverse legal processes and environments. Legal Interns will need to be proficient in analytical skills, legal writing, legal research, verbal and written communication skills, and technological and AI advances.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
