As the Regional Recruiting Coordinator Manager, you will lead the strategy, operations, and performance management of Recruiting Coordinator (RC) teams across the AMER region.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will ensure seamless alignment of recruitment processes with regional and organizational goals. This position serves as a key driver of operational success, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term growth within the region, while providing scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs. The Regional Recruiting Coordinator Manager will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, bridging the gap between regional operations and global objectives.
In addition to overseeing team performance, you will proactively address complex challenges, drive innovation, and lead regional initiatives to enhance recruiting coordination processes.
By collaborating with regional and global leadership, you will play a critical role in aligning recruiting processes, promoting scalability, and building a foundation for sustainable organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage and oversee multiple RC Managers, including Lead RC Managers and RCs across the region, ensuring alignment with organizational and regional goals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the region delivers high-quality recruitment coordination processes that drive exceptional candidate experiences and meet evolving business needs.

  • Act as the POC for recruiting coordination the region, representing the region in discussions with global leadership.

  • Partner with regional counterparts globally to ensure consistency, alignment, and scalability of recruitment coordination processes across all regions.

  • Serve as a global thought leader by sharing regional insights, addressing global challenges, and co-creating solutions with other Regional Recruiting Coordinator Managers.

  • Lead the management team in the region, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure their growth and success.

  • Set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the regional teams, ensuring accountability, monitoring progress, and driving a high-performance culture.

  • Build succession planning frameworks to identify and develop future leaders within the region.

  • Drive operational excellence across the region using data driven insights, by identifying gaps, developing scalable solutions, and implementing processes that ensure efficiency, flexibility, and compliance.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing regional needs with broader organizational priorities.

  • Partner with recruiting & business leaders across the region to ensure recruitment operations align with their functional needs, while influencing them to adopt best practices that benefit the broader organization.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations across all recruitment coordination activities.

  • Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders to align regional initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Lead regional change management initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies within the RC teams.

  • Proactively address ambiguity and changing priorities by guiding the regional team to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Build a culture of trust and empowerment that inspires high performance and team cohesion across the region.

  • Actively contribute to global strategy development by sharing regional success stories, challenges, and lessons learned with counterparts from other regions.

  • Represent the region in global forums, driving the adoption of unified strategies that support organizational objectives.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.
