Program Manager -Ambulatory Informatics

**Remote work is possible, but you must be On-Site at various locations based on business needs.

The Program Manager role is responsible for all operational aspects of the assigned program, including development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation. Plans and oversees processes that ensure program goals are measured, analyzed, evaluated, reported and met. Supports the operational aspects of assigned program including development of materials and tools and is accountable for implementing program work plan(s) and assuring completion of day-to-day activities. May manage 3 or more small programs, 2 medium or one large program.

  • Excellent communication skills with a vast realm of individuals, including but not limited to, Physicians, Clinicians, Business representatives, Leaders, and Executives.
  • Ability to multi-task and change focus on short notice. Flexibility imperative in fast paced, complex environment.
  • Travel required within service line areas. Mileage/lodging coverage is available on case-by-case basis.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, Outlook, Power Point, Excel. Comfortable with developing and presenting program proposals and initiatives to various stakeholders and leadership groups.
  • Program management and development will concentrate on Ambulatory Practice Application Support and Training for all levels of end-user staff.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or relevant field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Licensure/certification may be preferred or required based on scope of role.
  3. Experience: Two years of program management or related work experience required. Three years of healthcare experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Strong facilitation and analytical/problem-solving skills.
