The Human Resources Onboarding Specialist performs operational functions related to post-offer candidate experience, stakeholder communication, due diligence, system and security setup, and legal compliance. This role partners with the Talent Acquisition team, HR compliance, hiring managers, IT and other BOK Financial departments to ensure all legal and compliance processes are met and to create a consistent new hire experience that allows our new employees to be productive in their roles "Day One". Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree and 1-3 years' experience in human resources specifically or 3-5 years equivalent working experience. Experience supporting a geographically dispersed, multi-site population is preferred.
