HR Operations Officer Ophthalmology Full Time 86204BR Job Summary The HR Operations Officer serves as the administrative point of contact for admin and HR inquiries, responds to routine emails and acts as the first point of contact in providing appropriate contacts and resources. Under general direction, applies organization policies and procedures to oversee a variety of ongoing administrative and HR operational functions. Administers a defined operational program. Analyzes and resolves operational problems of moderate scope. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $29.05 - $53.50 (Hourly Rate). Since that time the Department of Ophthalmology has grown steadily and today includes the clinical facilities of three major hospitals. The Department of Ophthalmology is organized around faculty members with subspecialty skills and expertise. The department combines one of the nation's leading vision research programs with outstanding clinical care. The research and multicenter clinical facilities of the Department of Ophthalmology comprise the Beckman Vision Center. Required Qualifications
