Overview
The Director of Philanthropy Operations serves as a key member of the Center for Philanthropy's executive leadership team, responsible for aligning strategy, operations, and resources to maximize Philanthropy's mission-driven impact. This role provides high-level oversight of operational functions, including finance, human resources, compliance, technology, and organizational infrastructure, while ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives. The Director will be both a strategic thinker and an operational leader-capable of designing systems, implementing processes, and leading teams that strengthen the Center for Philanthropy's efficiency, accountability, and ability to adapt in a changing philanthropic landscape. Working in close partnership with the Vice President and leadership, the Director ensures that the Center for Philanthropy's vision is translated into sustainable practices and measurable outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $38.11per hour - $65.55per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
