Job Description TEKsystems is looking for a Lead Fire Alarm Helper to support existing and upcoming projects. The top priority is a million-square-foot project at the Nissan battery plant in Smyrna, TN. Ideal candidates must have: * At least 1 year of lead install experience in a commercial environment * Programming experience is a major bonus, but not required * A strong work ethic and leadership mindset This role offers significant upward mobility - 85% of management has been promoted from within. TEKsystems will reimburse qualified employees for NICET certifications, and conducts annual performance reviews tied to compensation increases. Candidates MUST: * Have a clean driving record * Pass a 7-year bg check * Pass a 10-panel drug screen Required Tools * Technicians need basic hand tools and steel-toe boots * TEKsystems provides hard hats, vests, power tools, and specialty tools Skills Install, Installation, Cable, Wiring, Conduit Top Skills Details Install, Installation, Cable, Wiring, Conduit Additional Skills & Qualifications * Must be willing to learn and take direction from superiors * Attendance is non-negotiable - must show up on time every day * Must have an attention-to-detail mindset and take pride in their work Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
