Job Title: Licensing Associate Worksite Location: Owings Mills, Maryland Workplace Type: On-site Category: Title Clerk Placement Type: Contract (3 Months) with a potential to go permanent. Start Date: October 13, 2025 Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM start time, 8-hour shift with 1-hour break Division: Customer Support Position Overview: As a Licensing Associate, you will play a key role in managing vehicle title transactions across multiple states. You'll ensure compliance with state requirements, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support throughout the lifecycle of vehicle ownership. Key Responsibilities: * Validate transactions and attach required documents in Title Quest. * Become a subject matter expert for titling processes in assigned states. * Manage a portfolio of vehicle titles, including analysis and recommendations. * Process various title-related transactions: ownership transfers, corrections, duplicate titles, lease assumptions, and corporate name changes. * Collaborate on title management projects involving multiple units. * Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners (e.g., tag agents, dealerships). * Resolve issues via Salesforce and email, prioritizing urgency. * Support team members by monitoring regional queues and assisting as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: * High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. * 2-3 years of experience in an office or administrative role. * 1-3 years in customer support or administrative functions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Strong typing, analytical, and organizational skills. * Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Preferred Skills: * Experience with vehicle titles or licensing. * Familiarity with Title Quest or similar systems. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
