Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

• Current and valid license by the Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of direct clinical outpatient behavioral health experience

• Evidence-based treatment background, trauma-informed care model

• The Senior Clinical Therapist works directly under the supervision of the Clinical Therapist Supervisor, Program Manager, and/or Clinic Medical Director.
• The Senior Clinical Therapist must have the ability to make decisions related to treatment planning. They must understand mental health diagnosis and treatment. Adaptable technological skills are required.
• The Senior Clinical Therapist will be responsible for ongoing communications with their supervisor and other members of the treatment team.
• They complete clinical and administrative processes and documentation in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
• They will participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education activities as needed to maintain quality provision and coordination of care as well as professional licensure and/or certification.
• Perform other duties as needed.
