What You Will Be Working On

Working with the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO), this position overseas a staff of 8 Oracle database, APEX, and Java developers to support the Commercial Travel Information Management (CTIM) database. The purpose of the CTIM database is to ingest millions of rows of data from a wide variety of sources to fulfill the data requirements of many different projects. The project manager is responsible for maintaining the Jira Kanban board, generating weekly and monthly reports on progress, planning and executing with work effort. In this dynamic environment, the project manager should have experience in data warehousing, data validation, and data integration. A working knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle is preferred.

What You Will Bring

• A bachelor's degree in a technical or management field
• At least five (8) years of total experience should consist of management and supervisory experience including the performance of functions with respect to program/projects.
• Experience with data warehousing and data integration is preferred
• Demonstrates ability to make sound recommendations relevant to development, implementation, quality control, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with Jira is preferred
• Must have government contracting experience
• Must be a United States citizen and not have dual citizenship with another country
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
