In this role, you'll help steer 360 social content initiatives from planning to execution across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. You'll also support the development of our global social strategy, help coordinate briefs with production partners and internal teams, and leverage data and reporting to optimize performance and guide future content decisions. These will be your primary areas of focus, but as part of a fast-paced and evolving team, your responsibilities may shift and grow based on your strengths, interests, and the brand's needs.

Here at BRP, we're creating new ways to get people moving forward, where their experiences are measured by emotion rather than distance. All around the world, our products, achievements and aspirations are a reflection of our teams' exceptional expertise. Want to bring your true self on this adventure?

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Help lead 360 social content projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.

  • Coordinate reporting and amplification efforts, leveraging analytics to measure, optimize, and grow content performance. Own monthly reporting, consolidating and presenting performance results, learnings, and recommendations to key internal stakeholders.

  • Brief production partners and, where needed, contribute directly to the creation and adaptation of social content assets. Support community engagement by collaborating with community management agencies to monitor, moderate, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.

  • Support the global social strategy, collaborating with the Team Lead and other stakeholders to evolve and implement content plans across platforms. Serve as the global team liaison to the regional teams, partnering with them to share insights, support their capabilities, and help align their content with global standards, ensuring consistency and best practices across all markets.

  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to continuously inform and improve our approach. Partner with the Social Coordinator and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging, and brand-right social content experiences.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

  • 2 plus years of experience coordinating social media channels for brands, with superior creative vision and a solid understanding of social-first content strategies. Strong experience briefing and managing third-party production partners to deliver high-quality social content.

  • Experienced in leveraging social data, insights, and analytics to inform recommendations and optimize performance. Deep knowledge of social media tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Stackla, Power BI, or similar.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of individuals and departments to help shape and inform integrated marketing campaigns and communications.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and skilled in storytelling.

  • Experience and passion for the outdoor or offroad powersports community.

  • Location and in office expectations:

    • Required to work onsite in the Plano office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.

  • Travel is optional

Preferred:

  • Fluency in French is a plus

  • Powersports or relevant industry experience is strongly preferred
