Production Operator, 3rd Shift

PPG, a global supplier of paint and coatings, is seeking a Production Operator at our manufacturing facility in Oak Creek, WI. As aProduction Operatoryou will be a crucial part of our operations and will support safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, handling hazardous materials, and adhering to safety standards.

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift; 3:00pm- 11:30pm and 3rd Shift; 11:00pm - 7:30am

Pay: $24.06/hr with a shift differential

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshooting to maintain equipment efficiency and product standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools such as reactors, storage tanks, pumps, mixers and blenders.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and required personal protection equipment.
