Duties, Responsibilities & Other The Regional Practice Leader (RPL) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the growth, vision, and success of the Wireless/Telecommunications practice across the designated regional market. This position blends technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic leadership to expand market share, develop new services, and strengthen client relationships while building and mentoring a high-performing team.
