Job Summary

Assist with the preparation of project related reports, manuscripts, and presentations including tables, graphs, fact sheets, and written reports summarizing results.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Implement proven techniques and methodologies in the performance of research and statistical projects.
  • Support data collection procedures, prepare, manipulate, and manage extensive databases.
  • Perform data entry and other clerical work as required for project completion to include administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
  • Perform basic and advanced statistical analyses with computer software (R, SPSS, SAS).
  • Prepare written and oral reports, manuscripts, and presentations including tables, graphs, fact sheets, and written reports summarizing results
  • Create and present VIP briefings as directed.
  • Conduct internet-based and library research.
  • Provide support and suggestions to enhance research and statistical projects.
  • Document processes and provide continual process improvement.
  • Comply with company standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associates degree or higher from an accredited college, (Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, and/or Social Science background preferred).
  • Minimum of one (1) years' professional experience managing a database using Microsoft Access or Excel.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (Top Secret, if required).

Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Occasionally lift or move objects of light to medium weight (up to 25 pounds).
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 90% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and/or other types of office technology.

Ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with the desire and drive to grow with a growing company. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and constantly changing environment with an elite military clientele.
