WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Market Research Analyst leverages TruStone's Marketing Automation/Analytics Platforms for a variety of strategic and tactical uses, including but not limited to target marketing, campaign analysis, member segmentation and member engagement. Secondarily, the role leverages the Member/Customer Relationship Management (MRM/CRM) system. Both systems are optimized in ongoing collaboration with Marketing product line and channel owners, Retail Sales, Operations, and IT.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm at our Burnsville Administrative Office; exempt.

In addition:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing/analytics/sales & service, preferred. Financial institution experience a plus.
• Experience with a CRM or equivalent system preferred.
• Experience with a Marketing Automation/Analytics platform preferred. MARQUIS ExecuTrax system experience a plus.
• Excellent data manipulation skills within Microsoft Excel or equivalent system, preferred.
• Proficiency in presentation tools; proficiency in production media, preferred.
• Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 per year. In addition, we offer:
