Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Location(s): Malvern, PA

Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist who demonstrates strong operational and project management skills, excellent communication and writing abilities, and the resourcefulness to work effectively within a matrixed organization. This role supports the execution of marketing communications initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager to create digital marketing materials (flyers, white papers, videos, presentations) for existing products and upcoming launches.
• Maintain and update Angiography USA intranet and internet platforms using content management systems and SharePoint tools.
• Manage operational tools, including regulatory review processes and job requests for creative services and channel partners.
• Maintain organized and accessible content libraries for sales teams.
• Coordinate and execute internal communication projects such as newsletters.
• Support the development of marketing communication materials for campaigns, trade shows, and demand generation programs.
• Prepare reports and documents to track and measure the effectiveness of sales and promotional activities.
• Provide project tracking and coordination support across the Marketing Communications department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps; experience with content management systems and SharePoint preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
