Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $15/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8am-4pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Machine Operator for a company in Eagle, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate various sizes of injection molding machines after se-ups are made by others - Tasks include positioning inserts, cycling presses, removing molded parts, and clearing knock-out pins to ensure proper action - Inspect molded parts for fill-out, color surface blemishes, finish, and dimension - Trim, wrap, and package molded parts as well as counting rejects - Sit or stand next to the machine while product is molded - Pull finished product out of machine throughout the shift - Keep track of products by counting, package product Machine Operator Requirements: - Able to lift up to 30 pounds - Able to read and write English - Able to accurately count parts, distinguish subtle color shifts - Good hand-eye coordination - Manufacturing experience preferred QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
