Location: Vancouver, WA

Hourly Pay Range: $24-$29
Actual base pay will be based on experience, education, qualifications, and skills.

What You'll Do

As a Production Scheduler, you'll play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of both production and prototype orders. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize schedules, maintain inventory, and support our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Schedule production and prototype work orders in SAP
  • Collaborate with production managers, machinists, and sales engineers
  • Maintain 90%+ on-time delivery performance
  • Prioritize jobs based on material availability and customer needs
  • Present schedules in daily and weekly meetings
  • Monitor inventory and update production boards
  • Resolve scheduling issues with engineering and QA teams
  • Maintain organized documentation and storage areas
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
