The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in supporting the CEO, functioning as a liaison between them, executive leadership, and stakeholders in the external environment. They are responsible for overseeing the CEO's daily operational needs, ensuring effective coordination of cross-functional teams, delivery of strategic projects and facilitating communication.

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support to the Vice President of Program Operations.

Shifts Available:

Salaried Full Time Status Position at 40 Hours per Week. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Expected starting wage range is $80,000 - $102,000. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS




  • Demonstrate the Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with internal and external stakeholders



  • Manage executive scheduling, including email, calls, travel arrangements, customer management, and other company logistics



  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives



  • Perform administrative and office support, such as document and spreadsheet creation and maintenance of filing systems



  • Attend meetings and take minutes as needed; assist with agenda and circulation of materials prior to meetings and follow up on action items



  • Perform special projects as requested



  • Additional administrative duties as assigned (copying, filing, handling expense reports, etc.)



  • Demonstrate a knowledge of Telecare's customers, including members served, families, and governmental agencies, in all interactions and conduct



  • Act in a professional manner, always demonstrating respect and understanding of the community and neighborhood when representing Telecare in the community




Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, and/or changed at the discretion of management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:




  • Five (5) years of experience supporting a C-level executive



  • High school graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent and two years of college course work



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills



  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and other productivity tools



  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and maintain trust



  • Ability to anticipate needs, adapt to changing circumstances, and identify alternative solutions



  • Must be at least 18 years of age



  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.

Preferred:




  • Experience in the healthcare/behavioral health industry



  • College Degree




SKILLS




  • Excellent typing and word processing skills, including Word and Excel



  • Ability to function independently and perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy



  • Excellent communication and organizational skills



  • Good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality




PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, bend, squat, kneel, twist, push, pull and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently walk, stand, twist, reach and to occasionally do simple grasping and driving. Visual requirements include computers and books exposure.
