Description The Consumer Lending Servicing Associate II handles more complex post-disbursement loan servicing tasks including due date changes, payment extensions, late fee reversals and financeable insurance products. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful: Job Duties: Process loan more complex servicing transactions post-disbursement, including SCRA requests Answer employee and member inquiries (by phone and email) promptly and accurately, including escalated member issues Assist with Consumer Loan projects and initiatives as required Essential Skills: Minimum Education: High School Diploma Minimum 2 years' experience in consumer loan servicing Ability to work autonomously, to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to autonomously resolve complex issues Proficient in simple interest calculation, amortization schedules and revolving/cycle loan calculations Proven skills and commitment in meeting or exceeding member expectations and requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act and Lending Act regulations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate knowledge of Excel Location: Rocklin Corporate Office - Rocklin, CA 95765 Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA:$25.48 to $29.81 hourly + annual bonus Benefits options include: Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K matching up to 5% per pay period Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment 11 paid federal holidays Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria) What makes First Tech different?
