AV is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Associate to become a part of a dynamic Materials and Logistics team, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager. The Inventory and Logistics Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping incoming and outgoing goods. This role involves managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, kitting products, and operating a forklift to move materials safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at maintaining inventory accuracy, quality control standards, and smooth logistics operations. The Inventory & Logistics Associate is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that the right materials are in the right place, at the right time. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with critical inventory management to keep our projects moving. Physical Demands
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
