*At Securian Financial the internal position title is Infrastructure Sr Mgr.* REO Enablement Leader Position Overview We are seeking a visionary REO Enablement Leader to play a critical role within our Reliability Engineering and Operations (REO) organization, reporting directly to the Head of Reliability Engineering. This role is responsible for orchestrating the strategic execution of the REO roadmap, ensuring that all capability domains progress in maturity according to the REO CMMI framework. The Enablement Leader will serve as the strategic integrator and governance hub, driving alignment across product leads, capability leaders, and business stakeholders. This leader ensures disciplined execution of REO strategy, transparency of maturity progress, and cross-functional engagement, while continuously evolving the REO CMMI framework as both an operating model and maturity discipline. This role requires a proven leader of Product leaders, capable of managing senior managers, directors, and senior individual contributors, fostering an environment of accountability, empowerment, and professional growth while ensuring alignment to REO's strategic vision. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with programmatic execution, enabling organizational alignment, governance, and maturity progress tracking. This leader will be instrumental in ensuring REO delivers measurable value, operational resilience, and transparency to executives, stakeholders, and the enterprise.
