Associate Brand Marketing Manager

This role calls for a highly detail oriented and organized thinker who is comfortable working with a large cross-functional team. You will play a crucial role in brainstorming innovative strategies that enhance market share and brand visibility.

The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing global marketing campaigns tied to new product launches and collaborations. They will assist in creating go-to-market plans with the goal of exciting consumers and meeting business objectives. They will be required to understand the target customer and have the ability to discern what types of strategies and communication will be relevant and motivating to them, and reflects brand positioning. Fostering external and internal relationships is a must in this role, partnering with internal cross functional peers, senior leadership and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing comprehensive integrated marketing plans, collaborating closely with diverse cross-functional teams across Media, Social, Digital, PR, Sales, Creative, and Business Affairs.
• Leverage critical consumer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to strategically inform and optimize marketing plans.
• Develop compelling marketing and creative briefs with a clear and concise narrative that inspires and guides creative execution.
• Take ownership of campaign recaps and external reporting, ensuring timely and insightful delivery of performance metrics.
• Drive follow-up and follow-through on ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks, maintaining momentum and efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing with one or more category-leading brands.
• Proven experience in world-class marketing campaigns involving top-tier talent.
• Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• An agile, self-starting, and results-oriented individual who can confidently navigate ambiguity.
• Highly adaptive, capable of proactively identifying issues and troubleshooting solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.

• A keen interest and/or experience in sports, gaming, fashion, culture, or music.
• Strong research skills with the comfort and ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing tactics.
• A calm demeanor under pressure, consistently exuding competence and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
