Staffmark is hiring a Senior Treasury Specialist for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a company that values innovation, integrity, and continuous growth. In this role, your expertise will directly contribute to financial stability and long-term success across domestic and international operations. Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 1st Shift Options: 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-3 PM Salary: $130,000-$145,000 (Depending on experience.) Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical lead for transaction research and process improvements Manage domestic and international banking relationships Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and manage account documentation Reconcile and report on bank and investment accounts Maintain internal treasury controls and support audits Administer Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Bonds What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 6+ years of treasury or similar experience (including 3+ years in a leadership or coordination role) Strong knowledge of banking systems, ERP security controls, and multi-currency transactions Proficient in Microsoft Office 4+ years supporting financial institutions technically Familiarity with Know Your Customer protocols Experience with Visio or other process mapping tools Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
