Staffmark is hiring a Senior Treasury Specialist for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a company that values innovation, integrity, and continuous growth.
In this role, your expertise will directly contribute to financial stability and long-term success across domestic and international operations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift Options: 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-3 PM

Salary: $130,000-$145,000 (Depending on experience.)

Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary technical lead for transaction research and process improvements
  • Manage domestic and international banking relationships
  • Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and manage account documentation
  • Reconcile and report on bank and investment accounts
  • Maintain internal treasury controls and support audits
  • Administer Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Bonds



What You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years of treasury or similar experience (including 3+ years in a leadership or coordination role)
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems, ERP security controls, and multi-currency transactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 4+ years supporting financial institutions technically
  • Familiarity with Know Your Customer protocols
  • Experience with Visio or other process mapping tools
