Pharmacy Tech- Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate (Shift Diff available)

The Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist position, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, will assist in the various activities of the pharmacy department not requiring the professional judgment of the pharmacist. The Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist will primarily be responsible for picking, packaging, and shipping of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Our scheduling includes rotating 1st and 2nd shifts, with a minimum of two closing shifts per week-unless we find a dedicated individual who prefers evenings. Associates working 2nd shift will be eligiblefor a shift differential in pay.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year of experience working in perishable, fragile, or specialized material handling required.
• Ability to lift 40lbs.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and an aptitude for working with other health care professionals.
• Proven examples of displaying the Reliance values: Collaborative, Accessible, Results-Oriented, Empowering, and Supportive.

• Maintain patient records.
• Pick and label medications for pharmacist review.
• Perform designated tasks regarding picking and packaging of equipment and supply orders, and preparation of sterile products.
• Packaging and shipping medications with high accuracy and according to Reliance Rx Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical safety hazards and drug handling.
• Notify pharmacist staff about dispensing, storage, packaging, or related issues.
• Proper rotation of stock, supplies, packaging materials, and shipping supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the registered and packaging space.
• Function in strict accordance with standard, written procedures and guidelines with deviation approved by the supervising pharmacist.

Hiring Compensation Range: $18

Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.

In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
