We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team and support smooth daily operations across the company. This role is also an important point of contact for office, kitchen, and event needs, ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative support across all departments while helping to maintain an organized, efficient, and collaborative workplace.

Key responsibilities include:




  • Providing administrative support for multiple departments.



  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems.



  • Preparing monthly reports and written summaries of data as needed.



  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and agendas.



  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes.



  • Responding to administrative inquiries and requests.



  • Assisting with office, kitchen, and event coordination.



  • Serving as back-up support to the Senior Administrative Assistant.



  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:




  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).



  • 3-5 years of administrative or clerical experience.



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.



  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).



  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.



  • A flexible mindset with willingness to adapt to shifting priorities.

Job Relationships:

This position reports directly to the Senior Executive Assistant, with additional direction from the Senior Administrative Assistant. You'll work closely with all levels of management, general staff, and plant operations, while also serving as a liaison with external partners.
