The Opportunity

TC Energy is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled professional to lead the development, deployment, and management of its 4D Mobile Inspection Tool across multiple US Natural Gas Projects. This role is central to enhancing project execution through accurate data capture, seamless tool functionality, and impactful field training. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the tool's effectiveness and alignment with TC Energy's strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety and environmental standards and practices
• Support the development, implementation and management of the 4D Tool for inspection reporting
• Design and build mobile inspection forms from conception through production
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to oversee deployment of 4D on construction projects and onboarding
• Provide full support to include troubleshooting device operations, workflow and functionality
• Verify documentation integrity, perform internal audits, and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
• Lead project 4D training, in field coaching, mentoring and support
• Lead or participate in internal self-audits, change management and continuous improvement as it relates to the 4D tool
• Work independently in a virtual and onsite environment
• Demonstrate initiative, ownership and commitment to excellence in all assigned duties

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-5 years In-Field Natural Gas Construction
• Experience with mobile/tablet inspection tools or digital field data platforms
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Fluent with Excel (Formatting & Equations)
• Active Motor Vehicle Operators License
• Industry experience or Military MOS related
• Willing to Travel (40%-50%)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, business, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as API, AWS, AMPP, etc.
• Background in Natural Gas Engineering Design
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Control
• Familiarity with digital construction tools (e.g., tablet-based field systems)
• Strong working knowledge of PHMSA 192/195 regulations
• Proven experience in Natural Gas Construction Compliance
