POSITION SUMMARY:

The Integrated Media Content Specialist is responsible for developing clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content across digital, social, web, video, email, and print platforms. This role combines strong writing and editing skills with a modern understanding of integrated media and AI-driven tools. The Integrated Media Content Specialist ensures content is consistent in voice and tone, optimized for each channel, and designed to engage diverse audiences while advancing organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and adapt content for websites, landing pages, social media, video scripts, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Develop messaging that is audience-focused, brand-consistent, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, drafting, and optimization - while ensuring originality, accuracy, and brand integrity.
  • Partner with designers, videographers, and UI/UX team members to create cohesive, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Tailor content for different formats, audiences, and channels, with attention to SEO and accessibility best practices.
  • Support the Director of Content in maintaining editorial standards and consistent voice across platforms.
  • Assist with internal communications and executive messaging as needed.
  • Research industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend innovative content approaches.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, balancing speed with accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional writing experience across multiple formats (digital, social, email, video, and print).
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or large multi-location organizations, preferred.
  • Experience with project management or collaboration platforms (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Figma), preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilties:

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and an understanding of how to responsibly integrate them into workflows.
  • Strong editorial skills, including grammar, AP Style, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • amiliarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO, web content strategy, and accessibility standards, preferred.
